Odisea Retreats can accommodate up to 28 guests across two villas: Villa Diosa del Mar (up to 12 guests in 5 suites) and Hermes Luxury Beach Villa (up to 16 guests in 5 bedrooms). You can book one villa or both together for larger groups.

Odisea Retreats can host destination weddings, celebrations, corporate retreats, and private events for up to 28 guests (the combined capacity of both villas). Events exceeding this capacity require prior approval — please send us an email or fill out our contact form with the details of your event, including expected number of guests, type of event, and dates. Yes, we offer private chef services. Our chef can prepare gourmet meals tailored to your preferences, including local Costa Rican cuisine, international dishes, and dietary accommodations. Chef services can be arranged in advance as part of your booking.

Odisea Retreats is approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes (100 km) from Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR) in Liberia. We can arrange private airport transfers for your convenience. The drive is scenic, passing through the beautiful Guanacaste countryside.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, depending on availability. Please contact us in advance to arrange this.

Yes, both villas are beachfront properties on Playa Junquillal with direct beach access. The beach is accessible via a short path through the tropical garden. Playa Junquillal is a pristine, uncrowded beach perfect for swimming, surfing, and watching spectacular Pacific sunsets.

Absolutely! You can book Villa Diosa del Mar or Hermes Luxury Beach Villa individually, or combine both as 'Odisea' for larger groups. Each villa operates independently with its own pool, kitchen, and living spaces.

There's plenty to do! Surfing at Playa Junquillal and nearby Playa Negra, turtle watching (seasonal), kayaking in nearby mangroves, zip lining, horseback riding on the beach, snorkeling, sport fishing, yoga sessions, and visits to local wildlife reserves. Our concierge can help arrange any activity.

Yes! Playa Junquillal is a quiet, safe beach with no strong currents in most areas. The villas offer spacious grounds for children to play, private pools (not fenced, so parental supervision is required), and various family-friendly activities nearby. Note that beach access involves some steps.

Yes, we have a dedicated yoga space and can accommodate yoga retreat groups. With beachfront setting, private pools, healthy chef-prepared meals, and a tranquil atmosphere, Odisea Retreats is perfect for wellness and yoga retreats. Contact us for custom retreat packages.

Your stay includes the villa with all bedrooms and common areas, private pool, WiFi, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, daily housekeeping, beach towels, parking, and access to the beach. Additional services like private chef, airport transfers, and activity bookings are available at extra cost.

While the villas are self-contained with beach access, we recommend renting a 4x4 vehicle to explore the area. The nearest grocery store (Super Junquillal) is a 5-minute drive, and Tamarindo is about 40 minutes away. We can help arrange car rentals or private drivers.
